Formativelabz Inc is the operating company behind the planned Handyman HQ service and trade name. It plans small repairs, cleaning and driveway car care in Calgary. Illustrative photos are not proof of completed customer jobs. A future scope must be agreed for each visit. Licensed electrical, gas, plumbing and HVAC work, unsafe roof work and hazardous remediation are not offered as handyman tasks. Ask a qualified licensed service for those jobs.
Providers and coverage
Before any live assignment, Formativelabz Inc must verify a provider's identity, qualifications, WCB status and applicable insurance, and make sure their coverage is current for the task. The independent-contractor relationship suggested by the business model is not legally established just by calling someone a contractor. Customers should not assume a provider is screened, insured, employed or assigned based on this preview.
Work quality and claims
Any future customer issue must have a real reporting and resolution path. Formativelabz Inc cannot disclaim every responsibility for a provider's work, damage or platform errors without legal review of the actual service model and Alberta consumer law. Nothing here limits statutory rights or prevents a public review, outside complaint or legal remedy.

For fire, gas, injury or other immediate danger, call local emergency services or a qualified licensed professional. This site is not an emergency monitoring service. Proposed GPS check-ins and photo reports are not active proof of arrival or workmanship.
