A proposed monthly subscription with two separate 1-hour routine home cleans, one quick car interior clean, a furnace-filter and visual health check, and one seasonal choice.

What the concept includes
  • Two separate 1-hour routine home-cleaning visits each month
  • One quick car interior clean each month
  • Furnace-filter and visual health check within non-regulated scope
  • Choose one seasonal service: winter snow clearing OR summer lawn/garden care. Switching when seasons change is planned.

The seasonal choice does not include both services at once. Its visit frequency, area, weather triggers, garden work, material costs and switch timing need final terms. Each included 1-hour clean covers agreed tasks, up to 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, not a whole-home guarantee. Larger work is quoted separately.

A PLAN FOR REAL SEASONS

The checklist changes with the year.

Winter entryways and drafts. Spring windows and cleanup. Summer wear and tear. Fall furnace-filter readiness. The exact tasks would depend on the home, access and a documented service scope.

What still needs a decision

Scope and economics. Home size, cleaning supplies, travel, the included filter, seasonal service and actual pro capacity need validation before promising this plan.

Winter changes. The included seasonal choice is proposed, not an unlimited snow or garden service. Clearing area, weather trigger, lawn/garden scope, number of visits, materials and switching rules must be set first.

Safety and trades. A filter change or visual observation is not a furnace inspection or repair. Gas, HVAC, electrical and other regulated repairs would require a properly licensed provider; no referral network is open.

Earlier concepts. This single proposed Family Plan replaces the earlier four-package preview. Members would get member prices on extra one-off visits; the included visits and seasonal rules need final approval before sales.
