Only when you choose save: saved profiles, preferences, comparisons, checklists, job drafts, maintenance records and concern notes. These use localStorage. No real names, addresses, tenant details, documents or secrets.

The three interest forms send only what you type. Property-manager form: your name, business name, contact email or phone, the NW Calgary area you manage, the services you are interested in, how many doors you manage if you choose to say, and any details you type. Homeowner form: your name, email, NW Calgary area and interest. Service-provider form: your name, business name, contact email or phone, area and interest. Each is sent with your consent. Each interest form also stores an acknowledgement record with your entry: the date and time, the wording versions you agreed to (for example terms-ack-v1 and casl-v1) and the boxes you ticked. Interest forms on this pilot interest list send real entries to the HQ interest list - send only details you are happy for us to keep. Entries are stored in append-only files on the hosted server in Canada. Only the site operator can read them; they are not shared or sold. Dated backups are kept on the same server. It is used only to respond to your enquiry. It does not create an account, confirm a pilot place or start a subscription. Optional marketing updates are a separate, unticked choice with unsubscribe. Marketing emails will not start until a business mailing address is published and included in those messages. Tool forms do not send entries to HQ, pros or neighbours. No upload, payment, alert or photo analysis. Loading the website may create ordinary hosting access logs.

You may ask to see, correct or delete interest-list details you sent. Privacy contact phone: 587-287-2487. Privacy email: not yet published - until it is, use the phone number above. No street address is published.

Local entries remain until deleted or site data is cleared. They are not a backup. Anyone using this browser profile may see them. Delete HQ preview entries. Interest-list records stay on our hosting until you ask for deletion or the list is closed. Ordinary hosting access logs are kept by the hosting provider (AWS Lightsail, Canada Central region) under its own retention policy.

Document purposes, minimum collection, consent, access/correction, retention, deletion, processors, security and incident handling. Marketing choices must be separate where required, with consent records and working unsubscribe.
