What each monthly price proposes
Essential - CA$99/month + estimated GST: Up to 1 hour of agreed, eligible home work each month. Standard - CA$149/month + estimated GST: Up to 2 hours of the same work each month. These are monthly work-hour limits, not unlimited visits or a promise that every job can fit.
- No separate show-up fee for a covered plan visit.
- Extra eligible work hours would be quoted at 15% below the proposed CA$75/hour one-off rate: CA$63.75/hour + estimated GST, only after you approve the full price. Materials and separately priced services cost extra.
- Priority requests would be checked before ordinary openings, but a slot is not guaranteed. Ask for the same pro when available; no specific pro is promised.
- A seasonal home checklist during a booked visit, including a furnace-filter check or change if you provide the right filter or approve its cost. A quarterly visual safety check is proposed where relevant, not an inspection.
Car interior cleaning is a separately priced premium service, not included in the monthly work-hour allowance. Hours do not roll over under any published rule yet. Cancellation, exact eligible tasks, number of visits and final terms still need review. No plan can be purchased here.
